 DISPATCH INFORMATION

All our orders are sent via 48hr tracked with Royal Mail. Please allow 2 days for the order to be dispatched from the time of purchase. Although, we aim to disptach orders the next day.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Please be advised, orders that have been already processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled, so if you want to cancel your order you would need to directly message us on Instagram, as soon as possible before we begin to process you order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

​

Contact us immediately if the item was delivered damaged, so that we can investigate the issue. Please take a picture of any damage. This is so we can determine if you will be eligble for a replacement or refund.

 

LOST ITEMS

​

It is Royal Mail's policy that we wait 21 days before making a claim for a lost parcel. This means we do not send out a replacement until a claim has been submitted and we have had a response from Royal Mail. This may take a further 21 days from the date of the claim.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
